. You can use this address for comments, suggestions, technical issues, or any technical questions intended for system administrators.
Request Tracker
All correspondence received at the e-mail address mentioned above is recorded in the Request Tracker system, which generates a ticket and assigns an ID number to it.
The author of the e-mail and all relevant data storage staff members responsible for resolving user issues are notified by e-mail when a ticket is created. The ticket ID will appear in the subject line of all e-mails related to the ticket. All e-mails are grouped under this ticket ID, so please retain this identification in the subject line when replying to data storage staff.
Once the ticket is resolved, the author will be notified by e-mail. If other questions arise, the ticket will be reopened.

If you are satisfied with CESNET Data Care services, we would appreciate it if you could mention the name of our institution and projects in your publications in the following form:
Usage of “appreciated” or “acknowledged” is up to the user, as well as whether the service will be appreciated “greatly”. Please note that the crucial part is the project number.
