Extension of Membership in the VO
When a user requests an extension of their membership in the VO under your administration, you will receive an email with a structure similar to the example at the end of this page. The email will contain a link that redirects you to a webpage with detailed information about the user requesting the extension. Click on the link and log in to the Perun system, where you can Approve/Reject the user´s application.
To approve/reject the application manually, log in to the Perun system, select the virtual organization for which you wish to manage the users applications, and then click on the Applications (1) tile.
Next, you will see a list of all submitted applications and their status. You can click on the particular application (1), that you wish to accept/reject. By hovering your cursor over the Type
field, you will see whether the application is for Initial
membership or Extension
.
Finally, you will see the detailed view of the application, where you can click the Approve/Reject (1) button.
All changes made in the Perun system will be active in one hour. Thus executed changes are not immediate!!!.
