Adding a VO Manager to the VO
This guide will show you how to add a VO manager to the VO under you administration. For the technical reasons, we strongly recommend having at least two VO administrators.
First, log in to the Perun system. Perun system.
Next, go to the Access management (1) section, and search (2) the the VO under your administration. Once the VO appears in the list (3), click on the desired VO.
In the detailed view of the VO, click on Advanced settings (1) and then select the Managers (2) tile.
On the displayed page, click Add (1) button.
Next, enter (1) the name or email of the chosen administrator, then click the Search (2) button. Select (3) the desired user in the list, and, finally, click the Add (4) button.
If the administrator is successfully added, they should appear in the list of existing administrators (1). The final step is to add the contact address for the newly added administrator by clicking on Attributes (2) option.
On the displayed page, you can add additional email addresses in the To email addresses
(1) field. Afterward, click the Save (2) button.
Access for the new VO manager is activated immediately.
